Origin Electronics Asia to Distribute GSI Technology Portfolio throughout Asia Pacific
HONG KONG - 22 July, 2009 - Origin Electronics Asia, a division of leading global distributor Nu Horizons Electronics (NASDAQ: NUHC), has announced a distribution agreement with GSI Technology (NASDAQ: GSIT), a leading provider of high-performance static random access memory. The agreement, which took effect on 1 July 2009, gives Origin Electronics franchised rights for GSI Technology’s full lines of advanced synchronous and asynchronous memory products within the countries of Australia/New Zealand, Greater China, India, Korea and ASEAN. Nu Horizons has been a distribution partner of GSI for over 12 years in North America and since 2005 in Asia Pacific.
